Bled seminar: final agenda

The Bled seminar will last three days. The first two days will be devoted to “regular TIA working sessions”. The third day of the seminar will be devoted to the presentation and discussion of inclusive governance processes in the new member states of central and eastern Europe. In this framework, participants from the New Member States could appropriate progressively the concepts of inclusive governance.
